1. Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the order.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
