Requesting a Replacement:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide proof of purchase along with clear visual evidence of the defect (photographs or video).

• We will review your request and make the final decision for fulfillment.

• Upon approval, your replacement will be dispatched within 7 days.
